And it’s that time again…new design…based on the overall structure of the last one just modified…works in Firefox, Opera, IE 7+ and Safari 3.1…small note on Safari there is a rendering bug…
For some reason Safari is not reading the negative margin on the main content div if however I remove the relative positioning of said div it works in Safari…so it seems Safari is having a problem with negative margins on a float that is positioned relatively…it’s not a major bug…just that the main div doesn’t go all the way to the bottom of the page as it should…
Also a glitch in IE 7…it doesn’t seem to want to render the transparent png background of the content areas…very strange it just flickers more often than anything else and at times will render just fine until you start scrolling again…oh well…there is also another tiny rendering bug with regard to Firefox but that’s not even worth mentioning…
I’ve decided that next redesign I’ll go black to a black/dark theme as I haven’t done one in a long time…I was actually going to do one this time but this came up…also need to update the Zenphoto theme as well…

From Ebay I recently acquired Madhouses’ self-titled LP…but more importantly over the last several days I have acquired both LP’s put out by Of A Mesh…the great 80’s New York goth band…difficult to find and both are in excellent condition plus one of the sellers is my friend Wayne so he’s throwing in some extra stuff…
I’ve also been buying a lot of cds from Gary who’s in the UK and in addition to the cds I’ve bought he’s got a bunch of demos and live footage of bands that he’s going to be sending me… including some Xmal footage…can’t wait to see it…
And currently on Ebay there are some other great LP’s that Wayne is selling…a cd copy of Red Temple Spirits “If Tomorrow…” and somebody listed two Frozen Autumn cds one of which is “The Pale Collection”…
It’s no wonder I never have much money…

So I’m trying to learn how to use ZenphotoPress…which is a nifty plugin to insert images from your Zenphoto gallery into a post that you make using Wordpress…should come in very handy…if I can get the damn thing to work…

So I did indeed get Zenphoto up and running…
I at first tried to do a full integration of Zenphoto and Wordpress but then decided to keep them seperate but visually the same so I did another for of integration to import my Wordpress theme into Zenphoto…they are also set up in completely different databases…I just need to add some plugins to Wordpress to easily add photos to posts from Zenphoto and then actually link to my Zenphoto gallery…
You know…when I actually add pictures to it…
Still need to add some detail work to the site…

And yet another redesign…actually two in as many weeks but as always this one is better than the last…had to do a last minute complete rewrite of the main divs to make the design work as I had it set up originally to have a liquid layout but then changed it to a fix width…but it is pretty much the same across Firefox, Opera, IE7 and IE6 with perfect XHTML and CSS…
Looking into plugins now something that can handle photos so I’m thinking of playing around with Zenphoto…and I have a few minor details to add…
